My phone was not working correctly with the Sync system. They installed the newest version of Sync, I left thinking all was fixed. Later that day I still couldn't get it to recognize a command, so I called back, spoke to Doug (??) who told me that Steven(??) the "tech" responsible for the Sync system was there & they would have him wait for me. Steven ( I hope that's his name) sat in the car with me, listened to my concerns & in about 15 minutes had it all figured out. Yea!!!! ,voice recognition now works perfectly. THANKS!!!

I had a pleasent experience at Courtesy Ford. I had been to many other dealerships looking for a 2012 Ford Mustang GT, all of which were very unpleasent. They would not even help me due to my age. But, at Courtesy Ford, Eric Dahl greeted me as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle and went to helping me, immediately. He gave me a test drive on the same day and searched for the vehicle I wanted. We did not find one that day due to me not being approved for credit due to my age and lack of history. About 2 weeks later, Eric called me and asked me to bring in a proof of income, he was trying to work something out for me. I arrived and he showed me the Mustang he had in mind for me, which was exactly what I wanted minus the Sound system, which I am going to just build myself. He got me approved with BB&T, and I walked off that day with my new car. I was surprised he had kept me in mind after 2 weeks, but I am glad he did. Like I said, Courtesy Ford was most certainly the most helpful of all the dealerships I went to, by far.

We had been to 4 other dealers in our metro area. We felt very good and confident with Pete Kouvas,our salesman, at Courtesy Ford. We are Ford customers and always will be but were not certain which model we wanted. He was very willing to let me drive anything I wanted to. I drove a bargain Fiesta, a Fusion, and a Taurus. I had already driven an Edge elsewhere. When we went to Courtesy I had it in my head that an Edge was the vehicle for me.But, after driving the Taurus it was between the Fusion and the Taurus.
